I was born in California , However for the last 23 years I've called Las Vegas my home . Since 1994 I have had the pleasure of watching something amazing happen. Most of where I spend my days now was just desert as far as the eyes could see. New communities , schools and businesses have flourished in the surrounding areas making Las Vegas a destination for growth. This is one of the many reasons I decided to join this industry. I love my city and I love to watch it grow , and grow it has. With the recent additions of our NHL team the Golden Knights and our newly announced NFL acquisition the Raiders. Las Vegas is once again proving its dedication to its residents by making our little valley feel larger than life as it continues to stay a great city.

My dedication to this city along with my passion for helping others is the reason I do what I do. With over 11 years of award winning face to face customer service in the wireless industry I decided to take a page out of the Las Vegas playbook and grow. Debra McGuire

Debra was born and raised in Southern California back in the days when Sandy Koufax and Don Drysdale were pitching for the Los Angeles Dodgers.  Following a family tradition, Debra entered the education field, specializing in elementary education.
She relocated to Las Vegas in 1989, where she raised her son and daughter, while blossoming in her Las Vegas-Clark County Library District career. In 2014 she retired her role as Regional Director at the District.

While Katy continues the family tradition of teaching, her son James nudged Debra out of retirement to assist with his expanding real estate business. She devotes a big chunk of time now to real estate as a proud and happy member of The McGuire Group at Signature Real Estate.

Greg Hicks

Born and raised in Las Vegas, I take a lot of pride in helping people buy and sell real estate in this great city. I was taught at an early age the value of working hard to achieve personal goals, and have achieved great success in the real estate industry by working hard for my clients. I try to educate my clients on the process of buying and selling, to help eliminate the questions of “what’s going on?” that can pop up during a transaction.

It’s important to have a strong negotiator working on our behalf. Someone who is more concerned with making sure you get the best deal for you, versus just trying to work toward the commission. I always try to make sure my clients are ‘winning’, first and foremost!

In addition to helping clients win, I have been a real estate trainer since 2013, and I take a lot of pride in seeing new agents be successful in the industry. My move to The McGuire Group is in pursuit of growth both as a trainer, and a way to give my clients an even better service experience than I could provide on my own.
